Bryan Clinkscales

Big “I” Executive Committee Vice Chair

Boone Ritter Insurance (Springdale, Arkansas)

Bryan Clinkscales is the owner of Boone Ritter Insurance in Springdale, Arkansas. He was installed as Big “I” Executive Committee Vice Chair in September 2025.

Clinkscales has been a Big “I” Board of Directors member and served on the InsurPac Board, as well as the Big “I” Government Affairs Committee. He has also been a major donor to InsurPac and a leader for Big I Arkansas. His term on the Executive Committee runs until fall of 2026.

He joined Boone Ritter, which his father purchased in 1988, while he was still in college. After working in the agency for 12 years, Clinkscales purchased the agency in 2002. In 2007, the agency purchased Northwest Arkansas Insurance Agency in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and, in 2014, purchased JMR Insurance in Cabot, Arkansas.

Clinkscales has been involved with the Springdale Kiwanis Club since 1997, working on projects for children in his community. One of Boone-Ritter’s employees has a brother with Down syndrome and the agency has been involved with Special Olympics. In addition to coaching youth football for 22 years, he has served on the local Chamber of Commerce Board and The Arts Center of the Ozarks Board. He has four children, Kaitlyn Howerton, Mason Clinkscales, Hannah Clinkscales and Zane Clinkscales.

From generative tools like ChatGPT to cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for agencies, I help agents harness these technologies to improve employee efficiency and create a customer experience that converts more prospects into lifelong customers.
I share my knowledge through Agent For the Future, LinkedIn, and various speaking engagements and webinars. Recent industry event appearances include the Applied Net and NetVU conferences, the May 2025 Insurance Agent Summit, the September 2024 Premier Group Insurance Summit, and the 2024 InsureTech Connect Agent Conference.
Besides AI, I cover topics such as agency technology trends, sales enablement strategies, agency disaster planning, and agency perpetuation. Whether through one-on-one coaching or mainstage presentations, my goal is to help agencies leverage key technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience to build stronger, more profitable businesses.
