Big I Kentucky partnered with Agency Focus, a leading independent insurance agency valuation and compensation consulting firm, to conduct a survey in the summer of 2023. This survey asked for specific pay and compensation data about Big I Kentucky agency member employees. 

The Kentucky-focused Agency Compensation Report was released on October 2023 and is now available to Big I Kentucky members for $199.00.
