Job duties include: - Assist Clients with - billing questions and claims issues
- Interact with insurance companies and third parties regarding policy amendments or coverage questions
- Maintain client data and policy applications within the agency management system
- Issue temporary ID cards and Plan information to New or Renewal clients
- Process New Business and/or Renewal policies including plan changes, collecting data from insured and uploading information to carriers for quotes
- Prepare proposals, spreadsheets, and any additional documentation for presentation
Job Requirements: - Computer Skills (including Word, Power Point and Excel), with a knowledge of the Agency Management System – Applied TAM preferred but not required
- Detail oriented
- Professional telephone skills
- Collaborate with agents and Insurance reps from a variety of companies
- High School diploma and/or GED requirement
- Ability to learn and navigate insurance company websites
Experience: - Life & Health Insurance - 1 years, preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:30-5 License: Life & Health Insurance, State issued license
