Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention. 
  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. 
  • Building clientele via sales leads from cold calling, telephone prospecting, networking, and referrals. 
  • Meeting business goals and objectives as established by management.
  • Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to assure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License preferred, Life License a bonus.
  • 1+ years Sales experience, independent agency experience preferred. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic level of computer and technology proficiency. 
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
